Markel’s sponsorship provides financial support to the Warrior Sailing program to assist with changing the lives of wounded, ill, or injured veterans therapeutically through sailing.
This announcement comes as the program enters another summer of sailing in the Great Lakes, with the Warrior Sailing team gearing up to participate in the Ugotta Regatta, hosted by the Little Traverse Yacht Club, and the Red Fox Regatta, hosted by the Charlevoix Yacht Club. These races truly amplify Warrior Sailing’s impact and connects with passionate communities in the Great Lakes region.
