It has been a busy spring for Warrior Sailing, an official program of the USMMA Sailing Foundation.
From March thru the beginning of May, Warrior Sailing hosted an Advanced Training Camp in partnership with College of Charleston Sailing plus we graduated 9 warriors with ASA keelboat certifications. We then fielded a team aboard Metolius for the Miami to Havana Race.
April we moved operations to St. Petersburg, Florida with the SPYC and St. Petersburg Sailing Center, introducing a new class of 17 graduates to the sport of sailing. Later that month, 18 of our Warrior Sailors competed in Charleston Race Week.
Thanks to the many supporters including CRW, Charleston Ocean Racing Association and Tom Webster to name a few.
