The Tripp Design Maxi Dolphin MD75 boat, Bella Pita, has a new name that fits. She will now be Sergeant Reckless. What? That’s right, this beauty has been renamed after a war horse. Sergeant Reckless was a Mongolian mare who joined the U.S. Marine Corp in 1952. She had a significant role in the Korean War transporting supplies to the front line and rescuing the wounded to safety.
In 1953 she made 51 resupply trips during the Battle for Outpost Vegas. The name is fitting to the team who will be sailing the MD75. Our friends, the Horse Soldiers from the American Freedom Distillery, will be aboard this boat and getting a little Reckless.
